The first time encountering friendly and knowledgable staff in an American retail store. One was kind enough to recommend something to me with this crazy weather and the cashier was so nice to explain how the lifetime guarantee works. Hoping to buy some sweaters in this store again.

I had a great experience here. Knowledgeable staff, s/o to Jesus for taking the time to explain their products in detail. Everyone was welcoming and I didn’t feel intimidated at all. Thanks again and i’m looking forward to visit the store again.

Came in to get a jacket repaired, walked out with a Sasquatch patch and two more jackets. I’m a happy camper! Seriously, the second I walked in, all the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Shoutout to Douglas for patching up my jacket on-site and immediately. Great experience.

I have never been to this Patagonia location, like I am more of an online shopper. Walking in, I did like the layout of the store and the people were very friendly. Especially, one young kid name Heysus. He was very knowledgeable of the stores products. I came on a mission to find a nice winter jacket. I was very picky/particular of what I wanted to try on, he was very patient with me and explained the difference of each jacket, and what might be more suitable for my needs this winter. I will be returning to this location :)

My sister and I have been to this store and that there were many people this is because there was a sale going on and that the people that worked in the store were nice, friendly, kind and helpful. Also, that both of us bought a hat, and another thing and got discount on it.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff, Sean. I brought in a 15 year old jacket for repair. The taped seams had dissolved. Store manager immediately approved for a swap to something similar. The photos are of my damaged windbreaker.
